Pickup & Delivery Options (Within Kenya)
Store Pickup: Select the "Store Pickup" option at checkout. You may collect your order from any of our store (Mon–Sat, 9 am–7 pm). You will receive an email within 24 hours (during operating days) when your order is ready.
Local Delivery: Available for eligible Kenyan addresses.
Same-Day Delivery: For orders placed before 2 pm during operating hours.
Next-Day Delivery: For orders placed after 2 pm or outside operating hours.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is out for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic Shipping: Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific location within Kenya and the chosen delivery method. We periodically offer promotions, such as free shipping for orders exceeding KES 6,000.
International Shipping: We ship globally to most countries serviced by DHL Express.
Processing: International orders are generally shipped within 2 days.
